New Procedure for USEF Horse ID Numbers Beginning December 1, 2006 the pre numbered Horse ID form will no longer be used to acquire a USEF Horse ID. To request a Horse ID, you can use either the USEF online Authorized User Account (AUA) and request a Horse ID free of charge or you can fill out the USEF Horse Application and request a Horse ID for a $10.00 fee.
