Willows and Western PA Shows Will Not Be Syracuse PHA Related June 2007 The Willows Summer Jubilee Horse Show and the Western PA PHA Horse Show have not renewed their affiliation with the Syracuse PHA for 2007.  Unfortunately, this means that these shows will not be rated by the Syracuse PHA and Syracuse PHA members will not receive points credit for participation in these shows.  This is subject to change should these shows renew in near future.  Members planning to participate in either of these shows should watch the web site for any change in rating.
