Anna Garberino: approved Kim Asher: approved Buzz VanHorn: approved Claire Afleck: approved Reminder for professionals to renew their membership. Banquet: Why didn’t the money cover cost? Discussion was made regarding the banquet booklet listing riders not owners. High Score Awards: January 2008 banquet will be in Ithaca. Notices for combining divisions will be made in September. Election Committee: none Website Committee: On the website there will be a new space to post upcoming judges to let management know who is judging. Scholarship Committee: Professional’s National scholarship deadline in July. Rules Committee: Discussion of the length of days at horseshows and encourage horse show management to do adjustments if the days go long. Suggest not past 9:00 PM. Circuit Horse Show Dates for 2007: Summer Cazenovia renamed to Summer in Skaneateles Lehman November Show now 10th and 11th. Mike McGowan’s show may be named Long Lake. Mike McGowan asked if he could put a PHA banner in new ring. Motion approved 1. Mike and 2nd by P.J. WPHA show is moving to Triple M Farm near Pittsburgh, PA. Other Old Business PHA Horse Show Vendors: decided not to limit the number of venders at the PHA horse show. Footing & Fairgrounds: New footing to be installed. Fair Foundation fee of $5.00 added to every entry. Saturday Afternoon “Tea and Coffee Hour” Judges for 2008 and 2009: work off list from 2007. Cooler colors changed for spring horse show First Choice: black, followed by navy and maroon.
